Wellington Phoenix striker Roy Krishna would boost the Fijian football side which was announced yesterday to play the Phoenix later this month.

Krishna was named alongside seasoned veterans which include Simione Tamanisau, Samuela Kautoga, Jone Vesikula, Malakai Tiwa, Alvin Singh and Osea Vakatalesau.

The team who will be coached by Carlos Buzetti takes on the Phoenix on June 27 in Suva at 5:30pm. The curtain raisers to the matches will see the Phoenix Academy play the Fijian Under-23 team.

The Phoenix is coming as part of the Fiji Airways launch for their inaugural flight between Nadi and Wellington.

Tickets are $5 flat for grandstand, concrete embankment and grass embankment.
