GPH Probes Employee Complaint

The Grand Pacific Hotel is investigating a complaint against one of its employees.
Nancy Chute, the hotel’s front office manager, confirmed they would be verifying the information they received.
Then they would deal with the matter appropriately, she said.
“We have guidelines and procedures in place and once investigations have been completed we will take the necessary action,” she said.
The employee allegedly posted on social media his frustration about serving local guests.
He allegedly accused them as being rude. He allegedly remarked that they were not dining at any restaurant but in a five star property.
Ms Chute said: “Let me assure you that GPH treats all guests equally and as much as possible we try to satisfy all different expectations of our guests.”
