The WAR restaurant by the Award winning celebrity chef, Lance Seeto will be featured at the newly refurbished Mana Island Resort.
The resort’s revamped culinary team will be hosting nine different food and beverages restaurants.
Mr Seeto is Fiji Airways Culinary Ambassador, Food and Travel Writer & Host of Fiji TV’s “Taste of Paradise”
Inspired by the medicinal and gluten free diet of the South Pacific, WAR combines wild and raw produce of the region.
With the ancestral techniques of wood fire, seawater brines, curing and coconut in a kitchen without technology.
The Food and Beverages team with be managed by Roy Suer.
