Following on from the release of the recommendations in the 2015 Land Transport Industry Report, the Attorney-General and Minister for Finance, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, has announced the reduction in police clearance fees for the processing of Public Service Vehicle (PSV) licences.
Under current arrangements, any intended PSV operator applying for a licence with the Land Transport Authority is required to get a Police clearance for which a fee of $102.20 (VIP) needs to be paid.
