It will be a top-of-the-table clash tomorrow when 2015 Skipper Cup leader RC Manubhai Suva takes on defending champion BLK Nadroga in the much-anticipated Round Six match at Bidesi Park. |
The Skipper Cup game to be hosted by the capital will involve the two sides battling for the Dan Lobendhan Cup Challenge.
Suva Rugby Union Secretary Mitieli Waqa said the game will be a huge challenge for Suva.
“Nadroga is the champions of the Skipper Cup, the Farebrother Cup and also the Lobendhan Challenge Cup and we hope to give them a good game on Friday,” Waqa said.
“Nadroga has been in devastating form in their last few games and they came from behind to beat Namosi last week which illustrates their superiority in Fiji rugby.”
Meanwhile, BLK Nadroga expects to play the biggest game of the season when they take on RC Manubhai Suva in the highly-anticipated double-header.
Nadroga team manager Iliavi Kato said the Stallions anticipated a monumental match when they defend their hold on the Dan Lobendahn trophy tomorrow.
RC Manubhai Suva hosts BLK Nadroga at Bidesi Park in Laucala Bay, Suva at 3pm tomorrow.
