What happened: Captain of the Vodafone Fijian national side Roy Krishna was in top form in their 1-2 loss against the New Zealand professional club Wellington Phoenix yesterday at the ANZ Stadium.

Krishna showed his class in the match and showed why he is the best striker as he scored a superb goal against his club in the 23rd minute.

“This was the first game and we played well.

“I’m proud to play in front of my fans,”Krishna said.
