A 26-year-old man who was charged with rape appeared at the High Court in Labasa yesterday.
The man who was alleged to have raped a 24-year-old woman appeared before Justice Paul Madigan.
Judge Madigan ordered the case be heard again today for ruling.
The accused was remained in custody.
