arist Brothers High School remained unbeaten in the Southern Zone Secondary School Rugby competition.

The Flagstaff boys dominated in all grades in the semifinals proving themselves as the team to beat in the Nationals finals.

Their Under-14 team thrashed Dudley High School 24-0 in their opening match while the U15 hammered Ratu Sukuna Memorial High School 48-0.

The U16 upset RSMS 27-13 while the U17 thumped John Wesley College 48-0.

Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby secretary Biu Colati said the side had been fully prepared for the games.

“The focus is on the U18 grade and MBHS is in a good form,”   Colati said.

“It’s amazing to actually see a school dominating in all grades which shows that they have been preparing well for the games.

MBHS is the only school in the Southern Zone that will be playing in all grades in the finals except the U19 team who will be playing for the third and fourth position next week.

Meanwhile, the Deans quarterfinals will be held on August 1.

Results: U14 MBHS 24-0 DHS, SGS 5-24 Nasinu; U15 MBHS 48-0 RSMS, SGS 16-9 Nasinu; U16 MBHS 27-13 RSMS, Nasinu 0-10 SGS; U17 Nasinu 34-8 RSMS, MBHS 48-0 JSC; U18 Nasinu 3-15 JWC, MBHS41 -5 RSMS; U19 LMS 29-3 MBHS.
