Ovalau players still have a lot to learn after they lost to Vatukoula 26-8 in the 2015 Skipper Cup at Nasau Park yesterday.
“We really struggled in this game and the weather did not help us at all,” coach Etuate Waqa said.
“We tried very hard to play our own game but we ended up playing to their advantage.”
“Vatukoula was really good and their defence was strong and solid. We could not break the wall in the first-half and I think there was still a lot more that the boys need to learn.
“I was hoping to improve on last week’s mistakes but it looked like we repeated those mistakes again.
“We just need to keep on trying to play better rugby.”
