The Fijian Pearls recorded the biggest win in day one the netball competition after walloping Vanuatu 100-15 at the Power Dome on Monday.
The Kate Carpenter-coached side delighted the crowd with their skills.
Led by co-captains Mere Neiliko and Maria Lutua the Fijian attackers were on fire with the three-pass plan.
Coach Kate Carpenter said their goal was to build up for the World Cup in Sydney next month.
“I have been here before when I was coaching PNG I’m on familiar ground and so far so good for the girls,” Carpenter said.
The team had a bye yesterday and will play Cook Islands today.
