The Nasinu football side will play without their senior players in the Rewa Galaxy Viti Levu/Vanua Levu second playoff on Sunday at Subrail Park.

Head coach Richard Lal confirmed this while speaking to SUNsports yesterday.

“All senior players failed to turn up for training because of work commitments so we don’t have any other option but to take our young side to face Dreketi,” Lal said.

Nasinu aimed to get back into the Rewa Galaxy Premier League after being demoted in 2008.

“We definitely want to win against Dreketi to qualify for the Premier Division.”

He said Savinesh Mudliar would lead the team.

“Savinesh is the only senior player in the team and we are hoping to do well. The match is scheduled for kickoff at 1pm.
