Total Fiji Limited launched their new Quartz Engine Oil product which will now be available in their service stations around the country.

The launching was held at the Laucala Service Station in Suva yesterday.

It attracted vehicle owners who took advantage of their three hour free vehicle safety checks and discounts.

Sun Business understands the roadshow was awareness to the public about their new engine oil which can be bought in any of their service stations around the country.

The four different types of oil which were showcased were Quarts 9000, Quartz 5000 and Quartz 7000.

The oils range from mineral based oil, semi synthetic and we have the synthetic base.

Customers were advised to compare their product to others and look at lubricants at their performance level and the additional additives that are there in the lubricants.

Sun Business was told that with Total Lubricants, their range offers different additives that come with it like fuel economy grades, grades that come with low steps so no ash, no sulphur.

As most of the vehicles that are coming in today have gadgets that are installed in them, Total believes they have the lubricant solution for all types of vehicles.

Quartz Engine Oil

• Quartz 9000 is fully synthetic engine oil with special protective additive for ultimate engine protection. The product is designed to provide protection under sever driving style or conditions.
• Quartz 5000 is a mineral based oil and is premium high performance multigame engine oil formulated to provide wide temperature range engine protection.
• Quartz 7000 is semi synthetic. A premium synthetic based engine oil recommended for use in difficult service conditions indicated by the extremes of motorway and ‘stop/start’ operation of high performance.
• Quartz 3000. A mineral technoloy oil that can be used in all operating conditions, whatever season.
