Nadi Team Aim For Bonus Win
Jack’s Nadi aim to score another bonus point victory in the last round of the Skipper Cup competition against Lautoka at Prince Charles Park in Nadi this Saturday.
Coach Usaia Koroivunilagi said they would not be taking the Maroons lightly.
“They are a strong team and have really improved,” he said.
Koroivunilagi said they were working on getting the basics right.
“There are a lot of key players in our team like Setareki Tuicuvu, Iliesa Bari, Cyril Reece,Aminiasi Nava and Meli Rokoua.”
Koroivunilagi said they need to improve from their 8-6 victory over Suva last weekend.
“We had a good match against Suva as we managed to hold them for the last 60 minutes.
“Our agreement with the sponsors is to win the Skipper Cup.That’s why are aiming for a bonus win.”
Meanwhile, Nadroga hosts Northland, Macuata face Tavua, Namosi play Ovalau, Tailevu host Naitasiri and Suva faces Vatukoula.
