New Format In 2016: FSSRU
Fijian Secondary Schools Rugby Union will be reviewing its constitution and competition format next year.
Union president Setareki Merekula confirmed yesterday they need to accommodate other zones from the Northern Division, Namosi and outer islands.
“We will be reviewing our constitution and our competition structures for 2016.
Major sponsors Coca-Cola Amatil Fiji support the review.
Marketing manager Lawrence Tikaram said they had stressed to FSSRU the importance of reviewing the format/constitution.
“The game of rugby wins at the end of the day.
“I have told them to re-look at the constitution,”he said.
“They will also need to review their administration part first and administer to work with all stakeholders.”
The Deans quarterfinals will be held at the ANZ Stadium in Suva on Saturday.
