Capital City Sets Pace

Suva set the pace in the second day of the INKK Mobile Battle of the Giants (B.O.G) tournament yesterday.
This was after the side defeated Tailevu-Naitasiri 3-0 at the Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori.
Suva came back strongly to top Group B and move closer to qualifying for the semifinal with last game against Lautoka today.
The side tops Group B with four points and a win against Lautoka will give them a top finish to host the semifinal at their home turf.
What happened? Oldest giant, Pita Rabo scored in the 41st minute to fire up the side.

Suva came back strongly in the second-half as they controlled the play well.
Vodafone Fijian U20 rep Nickel Chand’s sensational strike and Maciu Dunadamu’s penalty gave the side an important win.
Star turn: Rabo was the star for Suva. He played well at midfield to control play.

“We are taking one game at a time and we are serious to win this tournament.
“Lautoka will be a tough side, but we are prepared to win. We have some injury concern as our striker Napolioni Qasevakatini is injured and we’re are hoping he recovers on time.”
