Eastern Zone schools will come out strong to dominate the 2015 Coca-Cola Zero Deans final this Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.

Zone president Mesake Tukai said they will be supporting their schools Ratu Kadavulevu School, Queen Victoria School and Lelean Memorial School who have all made it to the final this year.

“Eastern zone is solidly behind all the age grade teams. That’s what our principals have echoed throughout the zone preliminaries, national quarters and semis and will continue to echo still.

“We are similar to the other zones -south and west. The zone age grade team playing will have our whole hearted support,” Tukai said.

In the main U18 final RKS takes on dream team Marist Brothers High School and Tukai said they will support the boys from Delainakaikai whole heartedly.

“QVS, LMS and all the other eastern schools are solidly supporting the Under-18 RKS team to get the trophy back to Lodoni. It’s been quite a while.

“It’s a school team that are vying for the trophies and eastern zone is rallying behind this eastern zone grade teams going forth to battle,” he added.

“For the U14 and U16, we are rest assured that these two trophies are coming back home.

“It is the U15, 17, 19 and 18 that are left and we fervently believe deep down that they are also coming back home.

The Eastern Zone also wishes the best of luck to the three southern zone teams and the lone west team Natabua High School.

“We thank the Eastern Zone principals for their solidarity behind our school teams those that have dropped off at the quarters and semis and those that valiantly going forth this Saturday.

“We also salute our faithful die hard old scholars, parents and guardians and well wishers from far and near.

“The ANZ Stadium oval will be painted Blue and Yellow come Saturday battle day,” he said.
