‘Support Our Men’

Fiji Rugby Union in partnership with Vodafone Fiji, launched the Bolea Challenge yesterday.
The challenge is a campaign to boost the Vodafone Flying Fijians financially for the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England next month.
Vodafone Fiji chief marketing officer Sanjeewa Perera explained the Bolea Challenge allowed people to buy an Alcatel One Touch Pixi phone for just $149 from the normal $169. For each phone sold $10 will go towards the Flying Fijians funds, he said.
“We are calling on people to come out and support the team through this Bolea challenge.
“We wish the team the very best in the RWC,” Perera said.
FRU chief executive officer Radrodro Tabualevu acknowledged Vodafone’s support and said they were hoping to collect $400,000 from this campaign.
“We want all Fijians to support the team. September 19 is a big day for us and for this Bolea Challenge it will challenge the people’s mindset as there are talks going about the pool of death we are in.
“We are asking people to come out and support this team or sending cards wishing the team well,” Tabualevu said.
Flying Fijians wing Nemani Nadolo also echoed the same sentiments and thanked Vodafone.
“This means lot to the team, we never realise about this until we came here.
“We are going to the RWC together,” Nadolo said.
