The Royal Eagle women’s team and Qiovula are ready for the AFL Fiji women’s final this Saturday at USP Grounds.

AFL Fiji coach Myke Ted Leahy said it would be an entertaining and exciting final.

“This is our first official season final for the women, this year we had our first senior women’s competition.

“The final between Royal Eagle women’s team and Qiovula will be very entertaining and skillful,” Leahy said.

Royal Eagle captain Matelita Tuilevuka is anticipating a tough competition. “We will do our best, we know the competition is not easy but we have prepared well,” Tuilevuka said.

Qiovula captain Siteri Tadrau hopes for the best.

“We are looking forward for the best from our girls, this is a game to look out for,” Tadrau said.

The games will be held at USP grounds from 11am.
