While India has offered help to the region in combating climate change threats they are also keen on setting up a satellite monitoring station in Fiji and gradually turn it into a hub for sharing its space technology with Pacific island nations.

Meanwhile Indian Prime Minister had shared his optimism: “I’m sure it will strengthen India’s bonds with Pacific island nations.
