Nasinu Violets Too Strong

Nasinu Violets outclassed Suva Sapphire 13-3 in the Super finals Under-9 grade during the 2015 Lewa Sewa Netters Inter-District Championship (IDC) in Suva yesterday.
Exceptional performances by goal attack (GA) Akisi Bolokoro, goal- shooter (GS) Elenoa Semese and wing attack (WA) Mere Sorovi secured Nasinu’s win.
Team manager Bulou Ravulo said their win was a result of hard work and dedication by their players.
“This has been a long time coming for us, we reached the finals last year against Cakaudrove and wanted to come back harder this year and win,” Bolokoro said.
“This kind of competitions is important because it not only showcases new talent but also helps grow these girls to be our future Fijian Pearls.
“We are happy and thankful. The girls deserve it and you can see it on their faces,” she said.
