A former Police officer, charged with acting with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, has been told by the Magistrate Court in Suva to submit a formal bail application on September 8.
Epeli Soro appeared before Magistrate Neil Rupasinghe in Suva yesterday.
Soro allegedly stabbed his ex-partner two weeks ago at the Fiji Police Academy at Nasova, Suva, where she was a Police recruit.
Magistrate Rupasinghe informed Soro that he needed to submit a formal bail application because he has not received any bail application letter.
