Missing Children Found

The four students who went missing in Suva in the last two weeks have been found.

The Fiji Sun team yesterday visited the homes of the four students and spoke to family members.

Saula Matavucu, 12, a student of Nabua Primary School residing at Sakoca Settlement was reported missing on August 11 when he didn’t return home after school.

According to Marika Raleba, AOG church member in Sakoca, Saula was found late last week in Nabua.

Kirpala Sheenal Narayan, 17, student of D.A.V College residing of Uga Place, Nadawa, went missing on August 21, after going to the Hibiscus Festival ground. Her sister confirmed Kirpala returned home on Sunday.

Another student Kaleli Saumaki, 16, of Marist Champagne Institute, Vatuwaqa, residing in Spring St, Toorak went missing on August 20 from her friend’s place at Nabua. Kaleli was found yesterday.

Meanwhile, Lusiana Maramaivalu Bale, 14, a student of Ballantine Memorial School residing at Drivi Rd, Nadawa, was reported missing from her home on August 15.  Her cousin Mosese Tiko has confirmed that Lusiana was found yesterday.

The common thing noticed with all the missing children was that they went without informing their parents on their whereabouts.
