Renovation starts tomorrow at Votualevu Public School to remove leaking roofs and upgrade classrooms.

This is to provide good learning environment to students.

For sometime certain classes had to be relocated to other classrooms during rain because of leaking roofs.

Reach 4 Your Future Foundation (R4YFF), a non-charitable organisation in Fiji and Australia, Fijian electrical and plumbing company; Laser Group, are behind the facelift.

New LED lights, fans and switches will also be installed.

A team of 400 Australians and New Zealand professionals (electricians and plumbers) will team up with their Fijian counterparts in the project.

This group is meeting in week-long corporate conference at the Sheraton Fiji Resort and Spa on Denarau, Nadi.

With no expense borne by the school, R4YFF has been planning this project for six months and has collected donations from Australia and New Zealand totalling AUD$60,000 (FJ$92,000).
