The Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association is calling for expressions of interest for booth space at HOTEC, Fiji’s biggest annual hotel tradeshow.

The three-day tradeshow will be held from November 25 to 27 at the Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa on Denarau Island.

The event showcases both national and international suppliers many of whom have been attendees since HOTEC’s inception 10 years ago – who benefit from engaging with Fiji’s Tourism industry.

The show is well-publicised to industry decision makers, and is attended by all those who have an interest in acquiring products and services at all levels of investment within the industry.

The association says with up to 40 booths and 800 plus visitors to the tradeshow and more than 300 chefs competing, the event is sure to create an exciting buzz throughout Denarau.

HOTEC will be running alongside the Fiji Chefs Association’s annual Salon Culinare competition (300+ competitors in 2014).
