Laughing Samoan’s Show Brings Down Vodafone Arena

Deafening laughter rang out at Laucala Bay after hundreds flocked to the Vodafone Arena tonight to watch well-known Pacific comedy duo, The Laughing Samoans.
To kick off their Fink About It tour in Fiji, Eteuate Ete and Tofiga Fepulea’i opened their first show in Suva.
Mr Ete and Mr Fepulea’i reduced the crowd to tears of laughter with their signature characters, Aunty Tala, Uncle Sam and the Island Time segment.
While the night was filled with humour, the tour also served an important purpose in the fight against cancer.
The show was in support of the Walk on Walk Strong (WOWS) organisation founded by Sina Kami, the mother of late cancer-awareness advocate Tae Kami.
Mrs Kami said the event helped improve the lives of children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
“The funds raised would help us provide transport, medicine, equipment and food vouches for these children,” she said.
The Laughing Samoans would be touring selected locations around Fiji. Tomorrow they will be performing at Prince Charles Park in Nadi.
