Minor Accidents Worry Police

The Fiji Police Force has warned motorists to take more care on our roads. This follows a series of minor accidents in Nausori and Tamavua during the last two days.

The Fiji Police Force has warned motorists to take more care on our roads.
This follows a series of minor accidents in Nausori and Tamavua during the last two days.
Police spokesperson Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri confirmed that a young girl received medical attention and was sent home last Friday night following an accident on Princes Road in Tamavua, Suva.
He said the driver was questioned and later released.
In a separate incident in Nausori yesterday, a minivan and a truck collided at 3pm in Nausori Town.
Inspector Sokomuri could not disclose details.
