Naleca Takes Things Easy

Stylish boxer Joeli Naleca remained tightlipped of his chances against Joseph Kwadjo in their 10-round fight at Prince Charles Park in Nadi on Saturday.
Speaking to SUNsports yesterday Naleca said his training has been on track and would prefer to do his talking in the ring.
“This is my first fight in the heavier division,” the Serea native from Naitasiri.
“I was a natural middleweight boxer but have now decided to move-up and fight in the super middleweight category.”
Naleca pointed out that he would take things as they come against Kwadjo.
“I know what many people are thinking but I’m taking it one step at a time. So if people want to see what happens then they should be at Prince Charles Park on Saturday night.”
Naleca who trains under his dad Saula Naicori, had once impressed American trainer Tim Nobriga with his superior ringcraft and fighting skills.
