No Magistrate, Case Adjourned

The case of the former acting chief executive officer of Biosecurity Authority of Fiji was adjourned because of no magistrate.

Matai Matakitoga, who is charged with three counts of theft, appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday.

The charges against him were brought by the Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption (FICAC).

The case will be recalled on October 26.
