Labasa won the 2015 Courts IDC primary schools division after beating hosts Ba 1-0 at Govind Park yesterday.
The northerners received $1000 while Ba walked home with $250
Ending a 10 year- drought, Labasa manager Ravinesh Gounder was on cloud nine yesterday.
“It was sweet to beat Ba.
“We want to thank the players, parents and teachers for their support,” Gounder said.
Ba defeated Labasa in the round robin match. Ba Coach Timoci Seru said it was unfortunate for them.
“It was a good game, but it was unfortunate for us,” he said.

Navua edge Rakiraki in final
Meanwhile, Navua is the new winner of the 2015 Courts IDC Senior Division after defeating Rakiraki 1-0 yesterday.
Navua received $7000 while Rakiraki walked away with $2000.
Navua had experienced players like Vinit Chand, Inoke O’Conner and Rajnesh Raju.
