Suva: This Could Be Our Year
The Suva soccer primary school team under 12 and 14 players trains at Nahru Primary School for the primary schools IDC at Labasa which starts tomorrow.

Suva heads North in hope for the Bongo 40th Fiji Primary Schools Inter-District Championship (IDC) for the first time.
Coach Mohammad Shazil said despite facing some difficulties, this could be their year.
“Preparations have been really good, we have had a few challenges but all is well,” Shazil said.
“They are really excited and since this tournament started, Suva has never won it.
“I believe we have a good mixture of players so we have a good chance this year.”
“The reason why the boys are excited for this very tournament is because most of them will be going on a boat and going to Labasa for the first time,” he said.
“So this will be a good exposure for them not just for the tournament but to help them grow as a person as well.
“It won’t be an easy tournament but at least the boys will have something new to experience.”
Suva’s first game against Nadogo at 11:20am and Lautoka at 2:20pm at Guru Nanak Primary School, Labasa.
