In The Dark

Most of SODELPA’s parliamentary caucus apparently had no idea of their leader going on a tour of the North. There was no formal meeting held to inform them.
Maybe there was no need because she enjoys certain privileges. She can apparently go ahead and do things without any consultations with the caucus. Some SODELPA MPs are still scratching their heads because they were in the dark.

Praise these Police
We’re hearing praise for one branch of the Police force though: the CID.
Seems some people think they are much more professional in the way they operate than some of those in uniform.

STOP! Here’s clue
If the authorities in the Sugar City are wondering who snapped off a STOP sign on a busy intersection near Lautoka’s bus station, here’s a clue.
Reports said people saw a Khan Buses driver run over the sign with his bus just after 11.30am. Then drive away.
They said the driver had stopped on the corner to pick passengers (illegally).
Then he hit the post as he turned while still talking with one of those he picked up.
People on the footpath were lucky they did not get hit by the falling sign, they said.
