Singh, Naidu match-up

Jonny ‘Machine Gun’ Singh will face Ronald Naidu in the Wild West Boxing Promotion at Prince Charles Park in Nadi on December 12.
Singh, 30, has lost two of his seven fights since turning professional in 2011.
Promoter Abdul Khan said this was a good match-up.
“Singh needs to move well while Naidu aims to make the most it since it has been awhile since his last fight,” he said.
Naidu beat Tomu Gaunavou by points in 2012 in Nadi.
Boxing Commission Fiji director (west) Usman Ali Lale said the programme should not be missed.
In the main bout, Fiji’s heavyweight champion Petero Qica takes on Napoleon Taumoepeau in the 8 x 3 minute showdown.
In the main supporting bout Sugar City’s Wahid ‘King’ Khan faces Siliveni Nawai (Nadi) while Krishna Mudaliar (Uptown) faces Irfaan Khan (Ali’s Boxing).
Others in the 6×3 programme are Atunaisa Tuwai (Ba) – Jnr Naliva (Ba), Jovesa Vaileba (Navosa) – Simon Peter Whippu (Nadi).
In the 4 x 3 min contests, Josateki Bula (Navosa) – Tomasi Kavika (Navosa), Izaz Ifraq Khan (Nadi) – Ratu Daunivavana (Lautoka), Jolame Nauma (Navosa) – Lepani Levatia (Suva).
