The Fiji National University theatre in Nasinu was a hive of activity as students from the Salvation Army Nasinu Kindergarten graduated yesterday.
One of the 70 students who graduated was five-year-old Hadassah Marayawa.
She was all smiles when she received her certificate.
“I’m so happy today. I want to be a doctor because I want to help and treat people who are sick,” she said.
Her father, Sunia Marayawa, said her graduation marked a new step in her life as a student.
Meanwhile, chief guest Major Vyvyenne Noakes of the Salvation Army Church reminded the students of the importance of placing God first in all they wanted to accomplish in life.
