The Forum will be held on November 26 from 8.30am to 3.00pm November 26 from 8.30am to 3.00pm.
This is in partnership with the Reserve Bank of Fiji, SPSE and the Fijian Government.

It is offered free of charge to participants who are primarily the chairperson, general manager, managing director, chief executive officer (CEO), head of finance and corporate advisors of unlisted companies, including state owned enterprises.
The objective of this initiative is to connect, in half a day and in one location, the above mentioned key decision makers with the executives of current listed companies, regulators and licensed investment advisors so that widespread awareness and improvement in entities’ understanding SPSE’s benefits.
SPSE chief executive officer Latileta Qoro said: “The Exchange acknowledges the need to make listing information widely accessible and comprehendible particularly in relation to listing rationale, benefits and requirements.
“These are important to unlisted companies for decision making and long-term planning. There is also a need to clarify the application of tax incentives that the Fijian Government currently affords to listed companies.
“The Forum is one way of addressing these by using a ‘one-stop’ approach.
“With the selection of relevant and qualified speakers such as the Fiji Revenue and Customs Authority CEO, heads of listed companies and Investment Advisor/Director of BDO Corporate Finance (Fiji) Limited, Pradeep Patel, we have received a lot of interest from private companies and we look forward to a productive and nationally beneficial Forum.”
There are a few seats still available and interested entities are encouraged to contact the SPSE on 3304 130 or email joana@spse.com.fj for registration or further information.
