Anaseini Makes Grandmother Proud
The graduate students of Nasinu Muslim Primary School Kindergarten with their prizes during the graduation ceremony at school yesterday.

“I want my granddaughter to have a bright future.”
Those were the words of 60-year-old grandmother Anaseini Tinai after her granddaughter and namesake, graduated on Monday.
Anaseini was amongst 65 students who graduated from Nasinu Muslim Primary School Kindergarten.
“I am so happy that my granddaughter has graduated today,” Ms Tinai said.
She said she looked after her granddaughter and supported her financially with what she earned from selling sweets.
“I look after my granddaughter and support with all her education needs.
“I sell sweets from my home and earn around $20 a day,” Ms Tinai said.
She said throughout the year, she had been bringing her granddaughter to school everyday, and yesterday was special for her seeing her graduate.
“My granddaughter is very hardworking child and she always teaches me whatever she has learned it in school,” Ms Tinai added.
