It was a proud moment for Bobby Mudaliar, of Procera Music Shop, in Labasa Town when he scooped the Procera Music Best Sales Award 2015.
The 38-year-old usually known as ‘Yoyo Bobby’ said he topped the list of sales targets for the company.
“Apart from the eight Procera Music outlets in Fiji; I achieved eight targets this year (January – November) in terms of sales.
“Every month we have a target to bring in the profit sale of about 5000 CD sales and I topped the list for achieving eight targets,” Mr Mudaliar said.
Mr Mudaliar said topping the sales list in the North was Kirtan artist Avinesh Chand, Fijian local group Valenasau for their “Nasi dredre ga” hit, Sea Domoni, Kerry Damudamu, Fijian remixes and gospel songs.
“The secret behind my success is maintaining a good public relations (PR) with my customers and I have been doing just that for the last 22 years.
“I work hard and take pride in what I love doing which is singing and organising music sale prices at the Labasa Procera Music outlet,” Mr Mudaliar said.
He said he was already looking forward to scooping another award next year.
