New LTA branches ease burden on public

The opening of the Land Transport Authority (LTA) branches in Navua and Korovou is expected to ease the burden of travelling for drivers wanting to renew their licenses.
LTA opened its Korovou and Navua branch offices last week.
There are now 18 LTA branch offices all over the country which people can make use of.
LTA media liaison officer, Iliesa Sokia said: “We have opened the two new branches to provide better service to the public and meet the increased customer demands.
‘’The introduction of the LTA offices in Navua and Korovou towns will ease the extra cost that every customer pays to go to the LTA offices in Lami, Nausori and Valelevu,” he said.
Mr Sokia said they wanted to bring their services closer to their doorsteps. He has advised the people to make use of their nearest branch of LTA.
