Middleweight boxer, Siliveni Nawai will be banking on the support of his family when he takes on Wahid ‘King’ Khan at the Wild West Boxing Promotion tomorrow.

The Tubenasolo, Nawaka native is confident of a good outing.

“I just cannot say how much I want this fight.,” Nawai said.

“I’m just waiting to get it started and get it done.”

He has been training away from home for the past few weeks, and hopes his family and relatives will turn up to support him on Saturday.

In his last fight, the 21-year-old defeated 2003 Pacific Games gold medallist Osea Nakanacagi.

He had also defeated Pacific Games silver medallist Meli Vutevute in one of his fights.

Meanwhile, Fiji heavyweight champion Petero Qica will defend his title against  Napoleon Taumoepeau in the feature bout.
