‘A great day for all of us’

Vishwa Narayan says the five per cent bonus pay to all Airports Fiji Limited (AFL) staff members is the best Christmas gift.

Mr Narayan who is AFL’s Aviation Academy acting manager, made this comment following the pay announcement yesterday.

It was announced by the Attorney-General and Minister for Public Enterprise Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum to AFLstaff members in Nadi yesterday.

“It is a great day for all of us, especially the employees of AFL,” Mr Narayan said.

“A lot of excitement has come to all of us here and for that our hard work has paid off.”

Mr Narayan said being with the company for almost 24 years, the bonus pay would be cherished by all staff members.

“I thank the Attorney-General for the announcement of the five per cent bonus and definitely this will add to our happiness this Christmas and the New Year to come.

“I know a lot of families will enjoy the bonus pay, especially when Christmas is just around the corner,” he said.
