Sheenal Shivanjni Kumar is all set to join the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa, at Denarau Island, Nadi as a beauty therapist.

She received five certificates of attainment from the Fiji National University’s Hair Beauty and Spa Training Academy.

She is qualified in Ayurveda Facial Massage, Ayurveda Body Massage Therapy , Make-up, Waxing and Threading and Manicure and Pedicure.

 She graduated alongside 14 other students yesterday in Nadi.

Miss Kumar worked as a beauty therapist at the Namaka Spa before enrolling at FNU.

“The courses prepared me well and I am determined to do my job properly,” she said.

“I have been offered a job at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa.”

Her father Dinesh Kumar was the first to congratulate her.

“I am very proud of her because she is the eldest in the family,” Mr Kumar said.

“She never shies away from things she likes and that are a very positive quality of Sheenal. I am really happy to see her achieve her goal.

“I have encouraged her to do what she loves doing best and I am glad to stand by her and support her in her future goals,” Mr Kumar said.
