19 Will Travel to Cook Islands

Nineteen Under-17 players will be selected to represent Fiji for the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) under-17 Championships next month.
Goalkeeper coach Lice Waqaliti said it was an honour for her to coach the girls at national level as she has previously coached at district level.
They were selected during the Fiji FA women’s Inter-District Championship at Govind Park last month.
“The girls are really doing well, the preparation is at its peak as we are training really hard. The girls also learn about teamwork and team bonding,” Waqaliti said.
“The girls will go for a break and return to camp on Sunday.”
Pools
Fiji is in Pool B with PNG, Vanuatu and Cook Islands while Pool A has New Zealand, New Caledonia, Samoa and Tonga.
The tournament will be held in Rarotonga on January 13-23 next year with the winner qualifying for the 2016 FIFA U17 Women’s world cup in Jordan from September 30 to October 21 next year.
The Fijian team is guided by former Ba and Lautoka coach Yogendra Dutt.
