MISEL Works on Customer Relations

The management of Marine Industrial and Structural Engineering Limited (MISEL) are hoping to lift their standard of services in 2016.
MISEL administrator finance Kelepi Funilagi said they are looking forward to another challenging year with the hope of expanding their business.
“We are a privately owned company and we have grown so fast in terms of providing our services and attending to our customer’s needs,” he said.
“We plan to satisfy our customers and at the same time foster our back-up services to maintain that relationship with them.
“We have so far successfully maintained our relations with our old customers and at the same time we have welcomed our new customers who have come on board to utilise our services and we hope to lift our game in 2016.”
MISEL not only specialises on ship repairs but they also do fitting and machining works as well.
“We also do fabrication and welding. We do fabricating of tanks, structural steel works, boat repairs, timber, fibre glass, steel ,aluminum, blasting, protective coatings, own private covered slipway facility for vessel repairs up to 100 tons and marine engine installation service and it also goes together with welding,” he said.
“We have received outstanding remarks from some of our customers on the services we had provided.
“This proves to us that we are on the right track and we hope to impress them more in years to come.”
Mr Funilagi said the company’s mission and vision for this year was to be the best engineering provider.
BACKGROUND
Marine Industrial and Structural Engineering Limited (MISEL) is a privately owned company and was incorporated on June 17, 1997. MISEL was formed by a group of former senior staff of United Engineering Limited which closed its operation in late 1996.
The promoters acquired the assets of United Engineering Limited and commenced business from May 14, 1998.
