So some opportunists are always looking for a chance to make their move.
This was a group during Sunday night’s blackout. The group was breaking into a house when Police arrived at the scene.
The group fled into the Suva night empty-handed.
Bravo the Police with their stepped up patrols and responses.

In Caubati, a group of boys made use of their leftover fire crackers to light up the dark sky during the blackout on Sunday night.
