Robbery Case Moved To High Court

Three men charged with aggravated robbery have had their case transferred to the High Court in Suva.
Ilaitia Makaba, Iliesa Radikedike and Shawn Mathew Gibbons appeared before Magistrate Sufia Hamza in a special court sitting at the Nasinu Magistrates Court at Valelevu yesterday.
Police Prosecution informed the court that because it was an indictable offence the three were to be remanded in custody pending the transfer of their case.
Magistrate Hamza granted this and ordered that the three be further remanded in custody.
The case has been adjourned to January 25 for first call at the High Court in Suva.
