The Wainidinu volleyball club praised the organisers of the 23rd Annual Tui Suva Youth Volleyball tournament.
Three men’s team, two women’s and one sub junior team represented the club during the volleyball competition in Lami on Monday.
Club president Antonio Racika acknowledges the organising committee for a successful tournament.
“We have made a lot of changes to the team and a lot of youths have joined the club.
“This is good because it shows that the tournament is growing,” Racika said.
Wainidinu have only won the women’s and sub juniors grade. They have yet to win the men’s grade.
“Every year we come with the same aim and that is to win the men’s category.”
The next round will be held tomorrow.
