All is well in the Vodafone Fijian Under-23 camp here in Spain as the boys have settled in well in camp in Valencia.

The team had their Gym/ Spa session with physio Varun Karan and Dr Ronald Kumar.

After the gym and Spa session the team returned to the hotel for lunch which everyone enjoyed.

Coach Frank Farina is very strict on discipline as he wants everyone on time for training. But four boys slept and could not make it on time for the afternoon session.

The four boys were told not to join training and do whatever they want. This was a learning lesson for the whole team.

In the afternoon, the team went through a field session at CF Cracks.

It was a first day on the artificial turf for some of the players.

Coach Frank Farina was very impressed with the players’ attitude during training.

The team will have a morning field session in which they will go through defensive and attacking strategy and formation and in the evening they will go through the Gym and Spa recovery session again.

So far everyone is well and today and players are happy that they are given game time before the Rio Olympics in August.

We are being well looked after by the hosts here in Spain.
