Hola from Spain
Today is our seventh day in Valencia and the team has adjusted well to the weather.

We played three matches, lost one and drew two.

Despite our last minute goal, which gave the CF Cracks the equaliser, team captain Alvin Singh was happy with the draw.

“We were unfortunate and I think the luck was not on our side but I am very happy that we are learning a lot playing with the professional players here,” he said.

“They play different pace of football and matching them is a great experience for us.”

Goal-scorer Abbu Zahid was over the moon to score two goals in Spain.

“I think it’s a great achievement for me to score two goals against professional teams,”said the Ba rep.

After the recovery sessions the boys were taken to shopping mall to do their shopping in the afternoon.

In the evening the team went through video analysis of their second match.

It will be another normal day for the team today as they will have their field training at 10am and gym session in the afternoon.

Our next match is on Tuesday against Villarreal Youth at 10pm.

All is well in camp as our team director and Fiji FA vice-president Tarunesh Reddy has joined the team after a long journey. The boys have welcomed him and have promised to do better in the remaining matches. Moce Viti.
