Mission Accomplished

Hola from Spain
I wrap up our exciting and memorable tour of Spain with the Fijian U23 football team. It has been a great 16 days. I came to know here that people here give first priority to football, food and then religion.
Though we had some difficulties in communicating, we will be bringing back a lot of memories.
Fiji Football national team director Tarunesh Reddy was really happy the objective of the tour was achieved.
“We played six matches, won one, drew two and lost three, but the outcome was secondary,” Reddy said.
“Preparing for the Rio Olympic is not an easy task. We are investing a lot on our preparation as we did for our national U20 team.
“I must thank the Government and Fiji Association of Sports and National Olympics Committee.
Reddy said the boys would have a break for two weeks and will march into camp on February 15 before going for a tour to Brazil in May.
On the other end I would like to thank Fiji Sun for publishing my updates and to all the fans on our Official Fiji Football Fan Base page for the positive comments and appreciating my work.
We will arrive home on Monday.
