Ben Ryan-coached side will have another chance to right their wrongs in Sydney

The Vodafone Fijian 7s team will face Argentina again in the next leg of the World Sevens Series in Sydney this weekend.

Fiji is in Pool C with Argentina, island rivals Samoa and France.

Fiji and Argentina were pooled together in the first leg in Dubai, Cape Town and Wellington over the weekend. Fiji won all three pool games 28-0, 43-0 and 31-10.

After a disappointing exit yesterday, losing 31-0 to South Africa in the semifinal, Fiji claimed third spot after beating England 24-12.

The Ben Ryan-coached side will have another chance to right their wrongs in Sydney and will accept nothing but a win in order to claim the top spot on the World Series standings.

Fiji is now in second place with 52 points after three legs as South Africa tops the standings with 54 points.

Fiji will play their first game against Samoa at 12pm on Saturday followed by their second game against France at 3.18pm and their last pool game against Argentina at 7.21pm at Allianz Stadium, Sydney.  Edited by Osea Bola
