Two people charged in relation to running a brothel appeared at the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday.
Purneema Singh and Abdullar Shahid appeared before Magistrate Waleen George.
The two are each charged with two counts of managing a brothel in Suva.
It is alleged that between the dates July 1, 2009, January 31, 2010, February 1, 2010 and February 19, 2011, the two were allegedly managing the brothel in the capital city.
These charges were read to both the accused to which they indicated they understood and pleaded not guilty to.
The case has been adjourned to November 2 for mention.
